Crashed estro

Ok so first off I’m kind of an idiot for this one lol but need advice on something. I’m very estro sensitive and have small gyno in both nips from previous failed runs with bad AI’s. So a couple weeks ago I started feeling estro sides coming (like almost every fucking run) even though the same AI dose had worked for the past 12 weeks. Lumps started getting sensitive and feeling possibly a bit more mass so I jumped on some letro I have for when his issue arises. I started taking what I thought was .5 eod and he issue went away within a week or so. Perfect I thought so I stayed on the same dose figuring I’d just ride it out till the end since this is a normal dose of letro for control for me. About a wee ago I started feeling super sluggish having bad heads aches and could tell my immune system was weak. I chalked it up to getting a cold WRONG. I just found out my dose is twice what I thought and I’ve been taking 1mg eod not .5. I have adjusted now but how long should I be feeling these shitty sides of crashed estro?

I take .5 ed and alternate to 1ed and im not gyno prone, what compounds were you running?

The masteron and tren for me kind of balance out my estro sides. It might take a little bit for the adex to clear out your system then for estrogen to rise try not taking any adex for a week minimum IMO..have you ever gave nolvadex a thought? I just recently got an estro spike (4 days ago) and jumped as usual with 50mg nolva and 1mg adex gyno symptoms subsided in a day, not because of adex more than the nolva.

I’m taking letro not adex. And I run 10mg nolva ed to keep lumps at bay

Oh shit, letro has short half life and i think excreets fast, I would raise the nolva and (i have nothing to back this up with) temporarily cut dht steroids masteron and even tren. When i stop taking tren my estro spikes..or just stop taking letro until your sex drive or whatever youre guaging estro improves a bit. Its hard to notice estro without bloods on tren or masteron winstrol etc they dry you up

First question is why are you using Letro? That's very aggressive! Have you tried using good Aromasin before? It should take about 3-5 days for you to feel better. If you have some TNE you could use that for a few days to help.

I always take aromasin, letro turns me into Dr. Jekyl Mr. hyde mainly Hyde...just a bad reaction I have. I have never needed AI's on amounts of test 1500mg and down and I never wen't over that amount so. I grow pretty easy and I guess it is because I don't tamper with my estrogen much, if I take any type of AI it is one that assist in raising test levels or utilizing them better.
