1st cycle (2nd attempt)
Hi guys,
Back in July 2017, I attempted to do my 1st cycle, but unfortunately I had to stop 2 weeks later because of an infection I got on my thigh because of the gear I was using (Testoprim-D) . Stay the heck away from that gear.
So I will still consider this to be my 1st cycle since my first attempt only lasted 2 weeks and it was with garbage gear. This time, it'll basically be the same thing but with a different gear:
MY STATS
-30 years old male;
-6f tall;
-Starting weight is 200 lbs;
-Probably around 12-13% body fat. (all my abs are visible).
CYCLE (12 weeks)
-Starting date: 2017-10-06 ;
-HGH (Pfizer Genotropin): 2.7 IU per day for the whole cycle and beyond;
-D-Bol (Dianabolos 10 from Pharmacom): 30mg per day for 6 weeks;
-Testosterone Enanthate: 250mg x 2 / week for 12 weeks;
-Arimidex: As needed.
PCT (to be started 2 weeks after my last test shot)
-Week 15: Nolvadex 40mg ed;
-Week 16: Nolvadex 40mg ed;
-Week 17: Nolvadex 20mg ed.
My goals is to add as much lean mass as possible, while keeping good mobility and cardio. I am aiming for about 220 lbs, which would be a 20 lbs weight increase. I know it won’t be 20 lbs of muscle but if I could get about 10-15 pounds of solid muscle, I would be very happy. I will make sure to be in constant caloric surplus. You gotta eat big to get big!

Also I would drop the test to 250 a week and run that along with your Gh indefen

Hey brother I don't think 20lbs of muscle is that far of a stretch for your first cycle, I thought I was gonna be on the Olympia stage after my first cycle becusse I was progressing at such a rapid rate lol
Nothing like the first cycle takes pics before and after you'll appreciate it looking back at it one day

Few things wrong/adjusting... My advice would be taking the Ai from first week of cycle all the way though your pct... Especially since your taking Dbol cos it aromatase a lot! And also through out pct cos you will most probably have a rebound of estrogen. Best not to wait till you have symptoms to treat, would rather just do what's necessary to avoid the whole situation... Also curious why your not taking Clomid?? Kinda need all 3 Clomid, nolva and Ai! You will need a full pct to properly recover. Pct is just as important as the cycle if not more important... Also to add to the recovery best thing would be to have hcg somewhere in there, if not from start at 250iu twice a week to though out or blast it just before pct.. Hope that helps

Yeah I’d maybe do .5 arimidex E3D just to be proactive on the estrogen side effects. I’d also add in clomid/HCG to your pct. but overall you got a pretty good cycle here.
How long ru running that hgh for?

Looks good.. if it were me or someone i was helping, i wouldnt be using the GH card now, not for awhile, i like to save trump cards for when i stall on the basics... but this is just my methods. Have u ever had bloodwork to know where your levels are naturally? I dont aromatise barely at all so i barely need AIs, even with 500+ test AND Dbol. I have crashed my E2 in the past cause of “general protocall”. Be cautious brother, play it safe, be confident, and good luck to ya!

Agreed Julske Clomid needs to be in there at the outset of PCT dosage up to you I use 100mg for a week 50 mg week 2-3, 25mg week 4. Nolva looks fine

250 a week seems too low. Considering that many are doing 1000mg per week, I believe that doing 500mg per week is still moderate.
