Thread: Z-track delts

Z-track doesn’t work worth a damn for me in my delts. I put 1ml in 5/8”, roll hard on a door frame and I still get leakage and a little blood.

It works great for my quads, but I can do that with my off hand and I’m in 1”.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Hey bro most people don't know this but part of the z track method is putting a .2 ml air lock in the syringe, basically just put .2ml worth of ail in the syringe. This will make sure everything is out of the pin and deep into the muscle. I do this for all IM pins

All good brother ! I think the z track method also says to leave the pin for 10 seconds once all the oil is out of the barrel. I'm too impatient for that lol

I have the same issue with delts. Maybe next time I’ll try leaving a little air in.

Can I ask for a little clarification on the air part? I’m just curious because I’ve always been that guy, super paranoid about air bubbles in the barrel... but I hate seeing how much I waste every time I pin because the leftovers still being in there... is there a way to get it all? And not hurt oneself? What happens if a little air bubble gets injected? Sorry to sound newbie-ish, but to my brain, air bubbles mean death lol.. so I’ve always been OCD about zero air bubbles.

Air bubbles in Intra-venous, big problem. IM not so much. Put the .2ml air lock and it will get everything out of the barrel

Just a little update, I’ve been doing Z-track with the .2ml air bubble and it works like a charm everywhere now. Thanks guys.
