Where does the substance go when injecting?
Intramuscular Injection, lets says Test E...
Where do the substance go?
Does it create a pocket/void/bubble of oil in the muscle?
Does it flow easily through the muscle fiber and spreads out?
What about collision and interfering with contraction?
Nooby question, but did a quick search and not seeing anything in videos or images.

I am wondering the same thing, but I feel the oil kind of pools in the muscle.

It does form a pocket for a brief moment but that's why they tell you to massage it in and to also work that muscle immediately, as to disperse the oil.

on IM injections the oils are pooled into the muscle until it can be absorbed into the capillaries

You ever see someone inject marinade in a pork butt? I figure it is like that. It seeps into little areas in the muscle and when it runs out of little areas, the juice flows back out the hole you stuck it in.

Nice way to visualize an IM injection. I got one of those marinade injector syringes myself and the needle's huge (I'd say maybe equivalent to a 10g if there was such a thing). In fact that seems to be the most likely thing as I've had oil leak out after I injected Test.

When you take your time pinning, you can feel the oil dispersing. I let things sit for several seconds, and then push another 1/2 a ml in to the muscle. Between warming up in heating pad and taking your time you can actually minimize pip and or lumps.

Nice tip but can be hard letting the needle sit for a few seconds lol.

Ideally the oil will spread out evenly in whatever area it has to move to.
From there it is absorbed by the muscle/fat and enters the blood stream.
The injector example is true too. The oil will try to come out of the injection site sometimes but, if you use the ZTrack method, that shouldn't happen.

Brother can you fill me in on the z track method?
