Intranasal insulin
Ok fellas I ripped this from somewhere and dont know who i should give credit too? So he will be anaomous but just know this is some one elses post and I take absolutly no credit for this post. Further more this type of thing I usually dont find tastefull however this is an exception as i would like to get my bop brothers take on this. Please i would like to hear some feed back.
Intranasal Insulin
Learned something new today and I'd like to share it with everyone.
Intranasal insulin is absolutely legal, cheap, and easy to do. I-insulin has been scientifically proven in over three DOZEN randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled HUMAN studies.
Essentially what you do is buy a bottle of Novolin R which can be bought at any Walmart from the pharmacy. You then buy a nasal spray bottle and transfer the insulin to the bottle. Each pump is roughly 10iu per. I will link the page so you can read it for yourself if you feel inclined.
I will be gathering more info today for the best dosages and will grace you all with a log on it.
What happens when you nasally administer insulin?
for one, nasal insulin does NOT AFFECT GLUCOSE LEVELS. When insulin is nasally administered you are essentially overcharging your brain with energy (ATP and phosphocreatine). It also dramatically increases memory levels which is why i-insulin is prescribed to alzheimers patients.
also check out this statement: "It’s scientifically validated to reduce caloric intake and accelerate fat loss in men with NO conscious effort. "
Everyone should scope out this link and do your own research. I will be looking into this a little more later after class and if its all gouda I will go pick up a bottle this afternoon. I have a wrecked memory from doing a shit ton of drugs a few years ago, so this is exciting for me.

I have not heard of this, but am curious how it does not effect glucose levels and only supercharges the brain.

Me too, I'm hoping to get some solid feed back by some one knowledgeable on the subject.

Hatebreed Brother, when I go to Walmart to the pharmacy and I ask the hot chick behind the counter for some Novolin R. Your saying she'll give it to me without a perscription apon me just walking up and saying I need some Novolin R? Do they ask questions? Or do they just assume that you're are a diabetic that's why you are asking for the insulin to begin with? I've never bought it just want know what to say in order to not look stupid trying to get it for the 1st time.

I honestly don't k now? Never tried. As I said, this was from some one elses exert and I can take no credit for this post but the author does seem to imply that that is exactly what you can do?
Let me know if try? And if it works, I'm curious myself.
If your in the market for insulin, pm me.

Here's a bit more on the subject.
The Benefits of Intranasal Insulin
Intranasal insulin is far and away one of the best brain enhancers I’ve ever tried (I’ve only tested 500+ though!).
Insulin nasal spray has been tested in over three dozen randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trials in humans and has been repeatedly shown to be extremely safe. R
This is due to the fact that the nasal route of administration effectively bypasses the blood brain barrier and targets neuropeptides (like insulin) to the brain without substantial absorption into circulation. R
This prevents nasal insulin from entering the bloodstream and makes it extremely safe (although there is always risk no matter what substance you are taking) since intranasal delivery directs the insulin into the brain, avoiding systemic side-effects. R
Here is the path it follows from the nasal cavity to trigeminal and olfactory nerves and into the brain.
I-insulin has been shown to significantly improve mood, self-confidence, and memory in young, healthy humans without affecting blood glucose or insulin levels. R
The reason it works so well for memory is that, “insulin receptors in the brain are found in high densities in the hippocampus, a region that is fundamentally involved in the acquisition, consolidation, and recollection of new information.” R
It dramatically increases brain energy levels (ATP and phosphocreatine). R
Insulin protects against neuronal oxidative stress by restoring antioxidants and energy metabolism. R
It’s scientifically validated to reduce caloric intake and accelerate fat loss in men with NO conscious effort. (See my post on The Intranasal Insulin Diet)
It increases cerebral blood flow. R
It enhances working memory and hippocampal recall in women. R
Post meal administration of intranasal insulin intensifies satiety and reduces intake of sweet snacks in women (ie. it helps you stay on your diet!). R
It improves whole body insulin sensitivity through the hypothalamus. R
Intranasal insulin enhances post meal thermogenesis (ie. helps you burn off the extra calories from that huge meal you just ate!). R
It has demonstrated benefits for prevention of cognitive decline in older people. R
There is evidence that it’s neuroprotective in ischemic stroke. R
After showing immense promise in earlier trials, it was one of only two substances selected by the US government to be tested as a cure for Alzheimer’s disease (in the SNIFF trial). R
It acutely facilitates verbal memory in patients with Alzheimer’s disease (AD). R
Intranasal insulin therapy can help to stabilize, slow, or possibly even reverse the course of Alzheimer’s Disease! R
It preserves brain metabolism in Alzheimer’s patients. R
Lastly, it’s being tested as a cure/vaccine for type 1 diabetes. R
This list is insane!
