Today I forgot my food and wound up training back and bis on an empty stomach. It's just not something I'm used to. So i trained of course . I was surprised I didn't have any issues during the workout and I actually felt good.
It makes me think it's important to occasionally change things up and see how we respond to different stimulus.
How we eat how we train and the type of gear we use can all become routine and that s when things can become stale.

Using the gear that you feel the best and look the best on is definitely number one but it's always a good idea to consider trying out something new.
My example is how I always used test and deca but nowadays I find test and primo to be better for me. I found this out by actually deciding to do things a little different. Not a big change but still a change.
Keeping things from becoming mundane in the weight room by switching up your routine and of course eating different food is part of it.

Anyone make any changes that you were surprised about? Things you liked or didn't like?
