Advice
Hey everyone I have a buddy that's looking to possibly go on test at trt levels. He is 42 5'7" about 170lbs at not 100 but looks to be around 15-20% bf. For his fitness he mountain bikes hold and does some boxing. He's just looking to add some muscle lower his bf with little to no sides from the test. And yes this will be his first time. Any suggestions would be great.

First, he should go for a blood work and test where the levels are. Then according to the work and choose the best way.

Some more info should probably asked about him but a quick answer would be that if he has done his research and has had a DR check-up and he k nows he wants to ad a sfe AAS to his regular diet and execise, then I would suggest telling him to look into Primo and maybe some hgh. Just my opinion
