I'm under the impression that a person can take both at the same time. Welcoming others opinions on this as well.

I read somewhere in a thread that people on Accutane while cycling who had elevated liver enzymes, they started taking both TUDSA and NAC, and after a few weeks, their liver enzymes went back in normal range. So, I believe yes you can take both.

There are people in the forums that take both NAC and TUDSA while they are on Accutane and cycling. Liver enzymes went down to normal levels.
