How can someone keep up with the BBing lifestyle? (Your struggles and suggestions)
"What's YOUR routine, and how do you hold yourself accountable?!?!"
Many of us have busy hectic schedules, whether it's work, family, multi jobs, or even school..With this said how do you make the time to keep your promise to the grind, how do you juggle meal preps (do you even meal prep or eat on the lamb),do you have a partner that helps you with your goals, prepping, training, eating, are you drained after work and what pushes you through the doors of the gym?
What's your biggest struggle in this lifestyle? What motivates you,how do you keep the passion and dedication on fire?
Share your stories with the brotherhood.. Give some tips if you have any, or suggestions on how to simplify things in order to save time that creates more time for the grind!
Are you a college student and train religiously tell us how you keep up with the lifestyle? Do you walk away from parting and is it difficult for you? Give some of the other young guys some of your great ideas for improved nutrition, supplementation, time management...
(Share meal ideas too) meals on the go, or cheap eats that meet your daily macro's!

So, i'm 36, raise two daughter by myself (14 and 8) have a main job as an AC technician, and coach friends and family with diet loss and contest preps on the side. I am a very routine OCD type 1 person(fucking medication and everything lol) so i feel safest in my daily routines... if i miss a meal prep/cardio/ or resistance training my whole life comes crashing down lol! Of course with my responsibilities mishaps happen more than not! I just bitch and moan, get my responsibilities done, then continue my routines. sometimes it makes for increadibly long days lol. My daughters really are great! They really do what they need to do as far as homework, getting ready for school, ect ect! I got so lucky with them! I dont have good genetics for gaining size in the least bit(5'8" 168 stage weight, been going for years) but my determination and will power to be the best i can be keeps me going when i feel like collapsing! Lately, since being a part of BoP , i have really been pushing myself to greater levels like most u monsters on here! Time to get out of the physique class and into classic territory!

So I'm 34, raising 2 daughters on my own 6 and 11 my fiancé their mother passed away almost 2 years next month. Before she passed I was on my way to getting to the body I wanted where as before that it had always just been about getting strong and looking ok. Once she passed away I lost all motivation, I tried getting back to the gym to keep myself busy but I couldn't focus for shit and just stopped caring. I ballooned up to the heaviest and fattest I has ever been in my life at 280. Currently I have been back in the gym flow now for roughly 5 months and before that was just eating clean since February. Down to 203 now and am still going, don't really care about what I weigh but I want to lose as much as possible now before I put on size because I don't want to settle with just sloppy size. I meal prep every Sunday, I eat the same shit for about 3 weeks before I rotate it out. I train 4 days a week and hold myself accountable if I ever miss a session which has only happened a handful of times but I make it up the next day and push that session to the next which throws off my routine and rest days but I'd rather do that than just easily saying oh well I'll just hit it next week. I think the most important thing for people that struggle with either diet or training is not establishing a game plan and just thinking they can wing it day to day which is extremely hard because stopping at McDonald's or wherever else is just so easy if you don't already have your food ready, when it comes to training it's the same thing of not making a schedule of what you'll be hitting on certain days and following through with the commitment to yourself.
