So am I. They swell my feet and just cause unwanted problems. Do them why your young. Get it out of your system. As we age the problems will come.

So, it just occured to me...
I went from 180 to 200 in past 4 weeks..
So I am walking around with 20 extra pounds.
I am thinking that is a big factor...

I think the weight gain might be a big factor bud. Before I started to go to gym regularly and do juice properly I was around the 90kg mark and now I am 107kg and i noticed it does put a lot of strain on my feet and lower legs

Me being Infantry, and doing some missions in Iraq where we covered 15 miles on foot throughout a 20hour period... eating on the move, not counting raiding target buildings and walking around... wearing full combat load, ballistic armor including side plates... I should have recognized the reason sooner.
