I've used it in the past I bought a jug of it at Costco and never bought more when I ran out. I can't say it made me feel better or helped with fat loss , but there are numerous studies and it's cheap enough so I figured why not

I use it also, along with ginger, lemon, honey. All mixed together, it has helped with blood pressure, for me at least. For what it's worth....don't put ginger into a juicer.....be pulling that fiber crap out of the machine the rest of the evening!

I don't think it's something that will be felt so to speak. Like taking an amino acid supplement is not something I can feel, but peace of mind knowing what it does for the body.
