Apple Cider Vinegar Attenuates Lipid Profile in Normal and Diabetic Rats
One of many studies.
Taking 2 tsp @ 3x per day starting today.
Getting bloods in 3 weeks.

I get started on doing that 'regularly' and don't stick with it. Maybe I need to give it more time to see the results.

I've been Using Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar twice a day for over a decade. Despite reg weekend splurges on cheeseburgers, pizza's, Ribeye steaks etc My blood lipids are always in the normal range.
