      Apple Cider Vinegar on Cycle / Do You Even / Lipids

      I put this here because of lipids while on cycle.
      Forgot I had this in the cabinet...

      Apple Cider Vinegar Attenuates Lipid Profile in Normal and Diabetic Rats

      One of many studies.

      Taking 2 tsp @ 3x per day starting today.
      Getting bloods in 3 weeks.

      WARNING! RISK OF ESOPHAGEAL BURN!

      You must mix with enough water.
      There are case studies of burning from both oral and topical burning.

      I mix 2 tbs to 8 oz. Of water 2 to 3 times daily when cutting ...seems to help pretty good

      I've been Using Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar twice a day for over a decade. Despite reg weekend splurges on cheeseburgers, pizza's, Ribeye steaks etc My blood lipids are always in the normal range.       Interesting fact: Paul Bragg (February 6, 1895 – December 7, 1976), was one of the early pioneer health food advocates & also a bodybuilder who was good friends with Jack Lalane.
