Thread: Preferred AI and why?

What is your Preference on aromatase inhibitors and why? I have always used Arimidex, but am seeing more and more people say to stick with exemestane. Information is usually kind of skewed when it comes to information on AI’s. What do you guys prefer over the other and why?

I like masteron as long as you stay at a 1g or under of test no need for any ai from my experiences with ai they hinder my gains I've always had gyno issues even at 200mg of test a week since trying mast I won't do a cycle without ever again 500mg a week no gyno none at all no water retention very veiny feel great aromisen gives me head aches and arimidex is a pain to control e2

I prefer Aromasin.

It's easier on cholesterol, isn't as apt to crush estrogen and, I am able to adjust my dose more accurately.

Now running higher doses (over a gram of test) , adex is probably be a better option depending on how much you aromitase.

How do you like to dose your aromasin and on what test dose?

Aromasin all the way. I am very estro sensitive and this stuff has made the biggest impact for me. I don't run high test very often any more, >500mg/week, so 12.5mg EOD tends to be good for me. The few times I've ramped it up I went to 12.5mg/ED and everything was good. I see some run it at 25mg/EOD or ED, personally I never needed to go that high and bloods always checked out.

I use mast in all my contest prep cycles and not using an AI is not an option. Either you're running a short cycle and your pct is taking care of your estrogen or your gear is weak or fake... or you're the anomaly.
