Gotta disagree with almost everyone in here.
While you don't get the fat loss effects from MK that you do from gh, it improves recovery, improve sleep, increases pumps and raises igf (depending on how much gh you actually produce).
I think it's pretty fucking awesome and besides the hunger it can induce, I've had no other negative effects from it.
Water retention can happen, just like with growth. If you increase your dose, just like with growth, you can avoid that along with the hunger to an extent.
I started using mk during my breaks from gh and have been taking longer breaks even because of cost effect along with results.
I never got hungry on it. I got headaches and was sleepy all the time.

Mk has major effects on gherlin which is a hunger inducing hormone since it is in fact a gherlin memetic m
Almost every instance I've seen/read involving mk has had that issue.
I guess we don't all react the same though and there are some outliers for sure.
