The back is usually the last thing most people learn to train. Rows: upright, babell bent over, dumbell bent over, reverse flys, cable pulldowns, cable rows, side pull downs,
Etc...
The other part is frame if you have a 36" chest and 42" shoulders you wont ever have that look unless you are 4' tall. Its like any body part, work, eating, and time.

Def agree with all these answers ..... It's def not the gear it's the time , hard work , nutrition , what other kinds of things your doing(alcohol,drugs etc)

You need to watch bigger stronger faster documentary.
I train with more intensity taking a dump than a natty lifter.
This goes for bodybuilding and not powerlifting. Most powerlifters can get within ten percent of their max potential without juice. Bodybuilders cant get close to their max potential without.
Steroids are Gods way of saying he does think about me sometimes.
