How do you get “The Look”?
I’m wondering, what sort of AAS compound gives you “The Look”? You know, big wide Lats/back, thick frame, etc.
Good examples of this are people like Mike O’Hearn, Boston Lloyd, Dallas Mcarver, Marc Lobliner, etc.
Seriously, how does an average gym bro like myself get that look?
Is it Tren?
Dbol?
Deca?
Mast?

I'm no expert by any means, but I think it's the work you put in. Everybody you mentioned probably ran different cycles, different amounts of each and were all different ages when they started. Gear doesn't make you big, just helps you. My .02 for what it's worth. I'm sure a couple pros on here will comment and give a lot more detailed answer.

The gear doesn’t work unless you do my friend. So like MH said they all probably ran different cycles and started at different ages. But the common factor was desire and discipline. They went 100% every training session with high intensity and they had a spot on diet that was followed through to the fullest. So to answer your question: you need to train hard, train smart, train with intensity, eat smart, eat with discipline and for purpose. As well as making sure you’re getting the proper rest and recovery so your body will grow

Steroids are NOT the answer. They help but definitely will not do the work for you - They are performance ENHANCERS. It literally takes years of dedication in the gym along with propped nutrition and sleep (nutrition being the most important) not to mention having great genetics.
This game isn't for everyone, being big and bloated doesn't make you the man, nor does being 110lbs ripped. If you are not competing, find a happy medium. I was thin once, learned all there was to learn about steroids and got pretty big. Then learned how to eat and I got really huge.

if u think u can do a few cycles and just relax and keep ur gains , think again.... keep reading and watching and learning and every week ul learn somethn better than the last and 10yrs down the road ul see its not just the juice and ul continue to learn more..... keep liftn, eatn, learning... thats ur first step...

Train everything not just Beach Muscles (chest and arms) forget about flat bench. Upper chest is everything. Fill in collar bone. Side and rear delts. Upper back. Triceps. Last bit of advice. Deadlifts will make you a man. And maybe just maybe one day you will have the look. Maybe?
