      I wasn't planning on commenting on this thread, but I wanted to reenforce what other have said.

      I would highly recommend you reconsider your dosages. Obviously you're going to do whatever you like, which I, wouldn't have it any other way, but that much gear could have extremely negative effects on your health. Don't get sucked into "more is better".

      Thank you for your reply. I would suggest that you get an EKG and a chest x-ray. You only have your health. I have seen a lot of people get cardiomyopathy from using high dose AAS. Good luck and I will be looking to see how your cycle goes.

      I just cannot imagine what you spend on your food. AAS is always the cheapest thing for me on cycle and food the most expensive. Best of luck.

      First, I appreciate you appeasing the brotherhood and posting up your pics. My hat is off to you for being honest and candid. That being said, I completely agree with Fancycat69 on this, you're simply not at a point where a cycle like this is justified. You're talking Olympia-level dosing here, and many of them are probably not packing 8g's per blast. It just doesn't add up.

      With your frame and build you could still be making great gains with a solid diet, training your a$$ off, and 1 to 2 grams per week of mixed compounds. Why run the risk? The truth is that the gains you make with this cycle would not be exponentially greater than a 2 gram run with hard training and great food. Why waste the gear, stress your body, and have the negative health implications for 10% more gains. Yes, I said it. You would be lucky to capture 10% more gains with all that extra gear holding your training and diet constant. Why? Because you simply don't need it. Furthermore, you would NEVER hold the extra gains you made after running a cycle like this. It's just a lot of why's with no solid answers or rationals.

      At the end of the day, it's your body, your choice, so go do you. I personally would scrap the idea and redo everything. If you aren't planning this blast until Q3 or Q4 2018, you have plenty of time to read, plan, and execute. Regardless of your choice, I wish you well.

      It's cool I'm not psychic lol. As the physique thing goes, it doesn't offend me. I look at it like this, some people have God like genetics, such as Ray Williams he has the highest powerlifting total and he competes tested so he is stronger than any user. Dude squats over a 1000 raw in a tested division which blows me. I jus make it how I can.

      I'm not trying to flame you, but I am interested in your thought process of 8 grams/week? Why 8, vs. 7,6, or 5? Would you expect significantly greater gains with 8 grams vs. say 6, that you feel it would be worth it to run the higher dose? At what amount of gear would you expect the AR's to be completely saturated with no benefit from taking more? After reading your first post and comments, I tried doing a net search for Dan Ducheine' version of Post-AR mediated growth and supersaturation. Didn't really find much, but some suggestion that between 4 to 10 grams/week could be used to provide AR supersaturation, which goes back to my question as to how you arrived at 8grams/week? I kept finding a repost of some guy talking an 8 week bulking cycle using Duchaine's "principal."

      No real reason why I choose 8 grams, typically when I do something I try to make sure I don't go under. Yes 4 to 10 grams is the range for Dans theory. Granted I posted this cycle for constructive criticism, which thank you everyone for that. This cycle is going to take place at the end of the year going into the next year. All the criticism I receive from this thread, I am hearing and will use. Just be cause I posted 8 grams now, doesn't mean I won't change it as I have a lot of time to do so. Also I do thank you again for the constructive criticism as it does not fall on deaf ears.

      Hey brother. Which uspa division do you hold record/s in? And which weight class do you compete in at NPC?

      Perhaps it's just the angle of the pic, but you look closer to 25% BF, so it would be cool to see one of you on stage.

      And like others have said, health should always come first. If you've done 8-12 cycles to date, I'm guessing you haven't taken a lot of time off since you left school.

      275 in the USPA, and Heavyweight in the NPC at jus under 6% checked by Deca scan.
