It what he was saying, and I agree, is that running 2g of each compound vs running 500mg of each would only give minimally more gains. The gains made are not relative to the dosage. You're not gonna gain 4x as much by taking 4x as much.

Of course it's not 4 x what it would be, however it wouldn't be a small increase either.

The fact I'm pointing out is that i have been there and done that, rather than telling people what I think and believe without proper knowledge.

I don't like when people give their opinions rather than their experiences as this leads to "bro science".

Well that's been MY experience, which isn't meager. But I agree. Bro science breeds ignorance, but so does any one person saying "this is how it is" given that my body doesn't respond the same as any other person necessarily.
