I would love to get input on this. I just started IGF1 lr3 and about to do my AAS blast after cruising. My interest in IGF is for the hyperplasia effect - if that is real. Two questions is post workout better for that vs pre workout or does it really matter?

Also, is there any value to taking MGF post workout for repair before the post workout igf? Or is the benefit just hype. I just don’t know enough about it. I am 52 so anything I can do for repair / recovery is a plus.

If mgf is is more than hype how do you time MGF and IGF 1 lr3?
