      Caloric intake

      Details:
      205lbs ~18-22% bf
      Train 1 1/2 - 2 hours 5 days a week (balls to the wall)
      Test e 2 x 250mg / wk (12 wk protocol)

I gained about 4lbs of muscle on SARMS on a short cycle at a caloric deficit. I was previously eating 2300-2600 calories daily, but upped that to 2900 calories for the past month. With that being said I am still at a deficit. I hover around 3100-3400 calories burned per day. Will I still make the 15+ lb lean muscle gains with a slight deficit? I consume right at 190-200g of protein per day (no protein shake as I prefer to eat food).

Maybe another brother can chime in. For gaining you need to be at a surplus if gaining is your goal. I am currently eating around 3500-4000 a day with a maintenance of 2800 and the progress is slower than I would like. But I am running 2 more compounds also. So everything I gain is lean.
As the story go’s to be big you must eat big. I eat every 2 hours myself.

I have been successful in gaining muscle at a deficit previously. I have plenty of body fat to consume since I am definitely above 18%, but I want to understand how much more successful I will be with a minor deficit. I would like to gain as little fat as possible and I consume about a 1:1 protein to body weight ratio (typically you eat for your goal and I am eating above my lean body mass goal)

It sounds like you need to change your macro split and probably the time you are eating your carbs. If you're not using a program like MyFitnessPal you should start. It'll help you be more exact and dial things in better.
This game isn't for everyone, being big and bloated doesn't make you the man, nor does being 110lbs ripped. If you are not competing, find a happy medium. I was thin once, learned all there was to learn about steroids and got pretty big. Then learned how to eat and I got really huge.

I do use my Fitness pal, but my appetite just has not been up to where I need it every. Much of the time I have to force myself to eat enough. I have a pretty bad relationship with food, because in high school I was eating 4000-500 calories while swimming and since then I just don’t enjoy food. How should I adjust my split? I am looking at 200g protein 240g carbs and 115g fat average for the last 3 weeks. Most of my fat has come from nature valley bars that have a ton of fat in them so that is fairly easy to adjust.

      Thanks!
