Hey Brothers
I wanted to get some feedback I usually take magnesium to help me fall asleep while I am running Tren but lately it has not been doing the trick I was wondering if you guys have some other tips you can share!

I had the same problem last year. I started taking animal pm but you could also take the night formula for man sports. Both worked great for me and I was able to sleep again

I’ve been running mk677 zma ashwaganda root powder and some other goodies but those should help.

damn! i bought a bottle of that animal PM years ago! Holy shit dude! for an OTC sleep aid, that shit knocked me the fuck out! Animal used to be the shit!

I don't know if I'm lucky or not but tren makes me sleep easy. The only thing is I feel run down all the time on it
