I also add 6oz of grapefruit juice am and pm, it is supposed to inhibit an enzyme in the liver which destroys the parent hormone. I swear it works, but that could be phycological. But i will continue to use it.

most half livesreally require 3 times a day dosing and for the grapefruit itstops the enzymes star enzyms that converts dhea to test . when you are injecting you get an advantge of stopping the process becuase most metabolites of active steroids turn into junk . m1 alpha on the other hand turns into evan stronger steroid
