Thread: Blood work came back, need some advice from those with more knowledge/experience

I'm on my third cycle (first two were test, and then test/eq), in week 12 of a 16 week planned run.
I'm running 500mg Test E/600mg EQ/400mg Tren E. Been feeling good, strength is through the roof, sleep has been decent, no night seats.
Test came back at 2213, but my AST/ALT are both high (very high) and my estradiol is also high.
I've been taking 250mg milk thistle daily, along with 200 MG ubiquinol. Water consumption is approximately a gallon a day. I'm taking 1mg Arimidex EoD.
I really thought the milk thistle /ubiquinol would keep the liver in check, so I was surprised to see that.
Other than stopping tren use (which I'm doing) can you guys recommend anything to help with the liver? Also, what can I do to corral my estradiol?

I would up the AI or switch to a stronger one. I have had good luck with Liv 52 and milk thistle combined. Brougjt my liver back down in the normal range and it was pretty high. Took a few weeks and then I had bloods done again and it was back to normal. I agree with you, tren is pretty toxic and I would avoid anything that taxes the liver. Avoid alcohol if you drink untill you get back in the normal range.

I agree with Wildcat. Liv52 and Milk Thistle, you can also add Dandelion root tea to help wash out toxins. How high were your liver counts? if your not on orals would Tren make them that high> I dont use tren so I dont know. Booze or Drugs?

Thanks, guys. I rarely drink (and even rarer to excess) cpl times a month at the most. No drug use (other than AAS).
AST is 130
ALT is 181
Estradiol is 143

I prefer TUDCA personally.....it was the only thing that brought my elevated liver enzymes down when they were elevated. Milk Thistle, NAC, Liv52, didn't seem to do anything. E seems high for Adex EOD....is it from a legit source? Do you have any other AI's on hand?

Thanks, I used it in my last cycle and didn't have any issues at all, I'm ordering Aromisin today.

Damn, your estrogen is definitely high. The Aromasin is a good call. It's my AI of choice, gently wipes out the estrogen doesn't just block it. I would run the Aromasin at 25mg for the first three days, then back it down to 12.5mgs ED for at least the next five days. If all is well you could drop it to 12.5mg/EOD but personally on 500mg of Test I would need it at 12.5mg/ED. Blood work is the only way to know how you are doing.

As far as the liver TUDCA is G2G. I have not had much luck with Liv52, NAC, or other over-the-counter liver support pills.
