Expiration Date, Tinted Vials

I have a vial of test from a compounding pharmacy that I got in november and it clearly says "do not use beyond 10- april- 2018." Some other gear i seen from the ug in a clear glass vial has an expiration date in 2020. I suppose unscrupulous sources (which are not found here) can claim anything but I cannot find any information supporting a mere 6 month shelf life? Is it not good for at least a couple years? Also tinted vials. Is it a big deal? I mean every vial i have got from the pharmacy has been tinted but in looking at some of the porn here it seems clear glass is prevalent. Am too new to understand ? thanks bros

If it hasn’t crashed, you should be good to go!

I’ve had human grade from Walgreens crash before, so you never know. Even after it crashed, I heated it up and pinned away with no problems.

The tinted glass is just to help in keeping out UV Lighting. I store everything in a drawer, so amber or clear glass makes me no difference.

I wouldn’t put much stock into that 2018 date unless you plan on sitting on you gear for many years before you use it.

Since you said it yourself I'll agree with you - you're to new to understand it. Gear doesn't have a "shelf life". It'll stay good for years if it's stored properly. Cool, dry place away from light. The light part is the biggest thing to look out for and that's probably why the compounding pharmacy uses the amber bottles (just like pill bottles aren't clear). Most people (including) myself prefer clear bottles from UG Labs so you can see inside them and spot anything that might be an issue easily.

Itsbullshit. I know guys that have ran five year old gear without issue. If it crashed pour some hot water over it a nd shake it a little befor injection.

I guess my point is that you or I may store it in a dark drawer but how do i know it has been stored properly before it got to me. All the more important to use a quality source.
