Gyno Risks
So here’s the short version: started running 500mg per week of Test E only two weeks ago with no AI. I expected to receive my order for Arimidex sooner, did not, now looking like I should receive around Monday next week. Been Gyno paranoid all throughout, but no difinitive issues. This morning either my mind is fucking with me or I am feeling some nip sensitivity. I do have some liquid Letrozole on hand. Would you wait for the arimidex? Do you think a micro dose of Letrozole will help bridge the gap? As has been said here many times, don’t want to put on a condom after catching the HIV.

You're not going to get gyno that fast. You'll be good.

Thanks. Now just heard they are backordered on arimidex 9 more days. Thinking if symptoms increase before then I start a very low dose of Letrozole....make any sense?

If your nips hurt than I would be concerned. You might not even need an ai.

I half agree with this, yes everyone is different and OP may not in fact have any issues. But, 500mg/week is a large dose and commonly requires AI

I’m feeling the test already. Strength and size gains, up 10+ lbs, and find that I am sweating more and more prone to body odor if I don’t stay in top of it, which was never the case before. So let’s say if you go with the AI, think small dose Letrozole is ok while waiting for arimidex?
Feel free tl to tell me I’m an idiot if that’s the case. You guys are the vets and I’m the rookie

As mentioned above, your body isn't even loaded with the test yet, I would think that you'd be fine. I'd stay away from the Letrozole unless you feel or see signs of gyno. That stuff can do some damage quick if you're not familiar with it. If you were so worried about gyno then why did you start your cycle without a blocker on hand?
10 pounds in 2 weeks seems like a lot of water weight to me, especially on only 500 mgs of test. My opinion.

Estrogen helps with muscle growth and other growth factors.. here are just a few benefits
- E helps promote nitric oxide production and stimulates better blood flow and relaxation of vascular system (it has cardiovascular benefits, this is why we see women in their early 20s with high levels of estrogen rarely ever having heart attack or stroke, but men in their 20s still die from these things as well as do older post-menopause women with low estrogen)
- E works on a host of different receptors, from the brain, kidney, heart etc.. to skeletal muscle. Estrogen acts on a specific muscle receptor that is responsible for satellite cell proliferation (specifically interacts with ER-B receptors to increase myogenic substances). So estrogen encourages muscle growth in a very similar way as does growth hormone.. satellite cells are muscle stem cells that aid in growth and repair.
- Estrogen, in the presence of high levels of Test, will stimulate the elevation of IGF-1 (the most anabolic hormone) and thus aid in muscle growth as well as more satellite cell stimulation
^^. that right there is enough to warrant letting your E levels be elevated while on cycle if growth is your primary goal

good question - a) was anxious to get started after nearly a month and a half sourcing and acquiring gear.
b) source for Test did not have arimidex. Source for arimidex told me it would ship within a week, so I rolled the dice knowing I had the Letrozole as backup. Yeah, maybe stupid, but hopefully inconsequential.
and no doubt placebo effect is in play to some degree. Working out harder and more regularly.
