How much AI do you need?

I'm one of those guys that need way more AI than others. If I run test and dbol I have to run my aromasin at 25 mg every 12 hours. With adex, I can get away with less and run it eod most of the time, but I still see a lot of guys running much less AI than I do. It may be that they don't do blood work, I'm a bit of a blood work fantatic.

I get absolutely no estro sides aside from some water retention. But I run arimidex at all times unless running mast/win.. .25 eod is all I need, if running heavy orals with oils then its .25 ed. Never needed more

No AI at all? You must be gyno proof like me. I've had my estradiol up to 174 w zero symptoms before.

I believe im gyno proof as well.. I don't check estradiol a lot but I have never had the slightest nip itch..

Fuck just got my blood work and I'm 550 estradiol ....got no gyno and my nips are fine
