It's just a credit card sponsored by WU that you reload, the source does't know you used the card they receive cash on their end. You can use it for online wu transactions like a regular credit card. At one time they were offering discounts on the transfer fee when using their card. If you use a regular credit card with wu, you pay the credit cards cash advance fee and then you have to pay the wu transfer fee. With this card there's no cash advance fee, cause your using your own money. I don't know if you can use it when sending money from a store, I never tried. There's a fee every time you load the card and sometimes the transfer fee is less in the store than online.

As far as using one of these cards goes it may or may not work. In some cases the vendor will mot be able to pick up the funds and in other cases can. So as of right now this probably won't be seen as a payment option but it is being worked on for the future and who knows maybe you can use it.
Until then hang tight and you will be notified when it happens

I've always used my credit card with wu transactions and never had any problems. I switched to using a debit card, because using my credit card to send money counted as a cash advance and the cash advance fees were killing me. Since switching to the debit card I haven't had any issues so far, I guess some may have a problem accepting knowing you used a card.

Sucks now using Bitcoin. Coinbase no longer accepts credit cards. Only debit cards, which usually have low maximum withdrawals, and bank accounts, which have a 4 to 5 day transaction time. That sucks. I use to use my CC, and pay my source immediately. Products could ship same day. Now that's not possible. Fukin ass clowns using their CC's to buy Bitcoin as an investment, losing their ass's, not being able to pay back their debt's, have ruined it for everyone else. Guess it's back to inconvenient Western Union, Moneygram, or Bank Wires. Total bummer.
