IMHO, you would be better off using Test Prop or TPP for the first three to four weeks while you continue your normal Test E protocol in the background. This will ramp the test up and you can discontinue at week three and transition right into your Test E regimen.

I would recommend using the TNE ~25mg to 50mg pre-workout only. With a half-life of only a few hours, TNE is a challenge to keep stable unless you want multiple daily injects.

My approach would be:

Test E 250 on Monday morning and Thursday night
Weeks 1 - 4 - Test Prop @ 100mg/EOD
TNE @ 25mg-50mg only on workout days ~ 1 hour prior to lifting
I love the injects.

I don't mind going a shot am and one pm

I may try to get some prop
