Thread: when to dose mk-677

not exactly sure on this... when exactly is the best time to take mk-677? first thing am before carbs? after carbs? or pm before bed? or split? i heard that if u take it with carbs its ineffective the rest of the day? wuts you guys opinion who has experience with this....

maybe at night time when ur body is already releasiing GH so it gets a peak release at the highest amount possible. that and cause it makes u tired and gives u good sleep

I dose mine in the evening around 5 or 6. I used to dose it in the a.m but it left me lethargic all day.
As far as with or without carbs I'm not sure

From what I understand when you are sleeping like someone just said that's when you release the most pulses I've taken it 2hrs before bed and sleep like a baby and first couple weeks you will eat everything in sight def boost your appetite but it will subside well at least for me it did. I got a little bloated but not bad enough where I should of stop taking eat and my diet was on point so that helped. At first I split dose in the morning and during the day felt tired not like I wanted to take a nap but enough where I didn't want to feel like that cause of my job so just took it 2hrs before bed and worked great.
