How much Slin do you use Pre W/O?
I just started using slin a couple weeks ago, using it only pre workout now. I use Humalog at 15iu pre workout, with 80g of carbs. 60g of carbs for microwavable rice that I throw some salt on pre workout then, 20g from dextrose with some BCAAs intra workout. It does well for me, and I don't consume excess carbs to store as fat. I'm what ways do other's use slin, and what is the your carb to iu ratio, I know the 10g per iu is just to be same, but in the long run it can be excessive and lead to fat gain. Also I know my Humalog is legit, because I get it from the excess pens from my diabetic grandma. Also never even felt close to going hypo, even on heavy squat days.

I’m same as you man. I’ve been doing 15-20ius pre workout. Having 60 carbs right before I lift and then 60 as I workout. Then postworkout I’ll have a big meal with close to 120 carbs

Just a note, I do not like anyone taking insulin. Mess up your dosing of insulin and you will likely end up in a coma or dead. If you are very advanced to an expert on your diet and taking HGH then I will say this.
Use a blood glucose meter and constantly monitor your blood sugar and learn how your body responds to the dose of insulin you took and the dose of carbs you used along with it. Play it safe and start with 10g of carbs for every 1iu of insulin, then go down from there. Eventually, you’ll get to the point of knowing exactly what carbs you need for a workout if you plan to shoot 10iu pre-workout, or exactly how many iu you can get by with using with no carbs at all dependent on what your blood sugar was to start. Fats can mess up your insulin protocol. They greatly slow down the digestion of Carbs. If you were dialed in with a certain amount of carbs for a certain dose of insulin but you consume fats with those carbs, then its going to be way off. Also, make sure you always use the exact same carb source to get you dialed in. don't use oatmeal one day then white rice another day. And ALWAYS have orange or apple juice with you at all times when using insulin!

Ya I don’t condone the use of insulin for anyone who has not informed themselves of the dangers and appropriate protocols.

Humalog is fast acting and is one of the most dangerous types to use. I use a medium acting. If I feel hypo starting up, I can spend 5 minutes eating carbs, it may take you a significantly longer time with the fast acting.
I just use my intra workout drink for my carbs ... fast and easy.
I use as a pre and post workout 10-15iu each. The post workout is the tricky one because my pre is still working.
Absorption time of carbs varies so always use the same carbs. I can use much less than the recommended on the pre but the post I need more. Sam gave the general rule

Sorry to disappoint
I know it should be suspension or propionate at that low of a dose but I am out and waiting on a butt ton of tren lol!
Fug me..
I play it safe and a rope slips and I get to lay around hurting. I gotta get some deca man.
GH says, watch your potassium or you can stop your heart on slin. I didn't research it farther since he said it. I just started eating fruit constantly.

Supplement with both potassium and magnesium. Both will help your heart. A drop in either one of these can put you into a heart arrhythmia. When it is not the avocado season I supplement potassium but if you eat a lot of avocados there is more potassium in them. Banana has a reputation for having high potassium but they do not have the good fats and they are loaded with sugars and more than double the carbs of the avocado.
Also, Magnesium is not on a standard blood test but it is cheap to add on there. I always request it on my yearly bloodwork and have to fight for them to order it.
