Get leaner or get bigger advice please
My coach suggested maybe I get a little bigger before getting leaner. This week I stopped taking the Tbol form AEL. my weight started going up. No change in diet with the exception for yesterday. So frustrated i ate my frustration.
Anyways wondering what you guys think. Should I get bigger then get leaner and try for a later show? Or do I stay the course possibly miss my first show in May? Such a hard decision would love advice from the guys whho have been doing this a while.

I would stick with the ol school way...bulk yer ass off in the off season, and leanout preseason, just as if you are going into competition. Consistency is the key here. So I would focus on what it takes for you on each of these to maximize each run. You do this a couple of years in a row (dialed in of courses) and you can walk onto any stage and place.

Exactly. Especially if you get a little bigger than what you have before, leaning out for a later show will be better. If you do an earlier show, you may not be leaned out enough. Glad to see you back Boulder!

Thanks Electromass. I want to be as close to 220 as possible by my birthday in April. If my body wants to stay big then let's grow.
