Anything less than 25 is a harpoon. I use 29 now. Sometimes 30. Backfilling takes a lil extra time. But absolutely worth it.
Can never go back. Ever

I'm with Sam I use 22Guage 1.5 myself too. I'm currently site injecting my biceps with these needles. I'm too impatient to use anything smaller. I bought 25gauge once and was going to lose my mind waiting for that shit to load then it took forever to inject.
Pip isn't caused from the puncture. All you're doing is adding a whole lot of aggravation (smaller needles are time consuming, switching needles from draw to inject sucks too) to save yourself the one second of pain from the initial puncture. Which doesn't really even hurt.

Time consuming to back load and use smaller needles ??? Are you kidding me ??? You must not have tried it or your idea of "too long" must be anything over 30 seconds. Shit if "seconds" are so critical to you, why not go with an 18GA needle instead of your 22 GA You could probably save a second and a half drawing and injecting that way. I can draw, back load, and complete my injection of virtually any compound/oil in under 1 minute. All with ALOT less pain and muscle scarring. Why would you use such a large needle, in such small muscles, when you don't need to ??? I use to use 22 GA x 1.5". But when you start using short half life compounds, like Tren Ace or test propionate, and need to inject daily, believe me, your muscles will appreciate the 29 GA. 500 Slin pin. You can use um in virtually any muscle and makes rotating injection sites so much easier. You will create a hell of alot of unnecessary scar tissue if you continue to use large needles in the same muscles, day after day, month after month, year after year. You don't need to. I've switched and use slin pins exclusively for all my injections. I'd never go back. Believe me, you're talking additional seconds, not minutes that it takes to incorporate slin pins vs standard IM pins.

Buddy I inject upto 14 times a week pre-contest contest. I would say to you why buy all those extra needles because your mangina hurts if the little needle isn't little enough. I'm 20 years into this and hundreds of injects with zero fckn scaring or needle marks. FYI those 29 guage can cause muscle scaring just as easily as my 22 can. Because the muscle scarring is caused from the compound being injected into the same spot too often. Not from the fckn size of your needle. Do you buy different lengths too buddy?
Instead of buying the longest you need and not pushing it all the way all smaller muscles. I know this is going to blow your mind but some people just like it simple and aren't worried about their injection being less painful if they used a smaller needle. Mainly because the 22guage isn't that big to begin with. You probably own 10 different fucking hammers too! BTW 30 more seconds is a big fckn deal some times especially when I'm worried about one of my kids walking in on me.
It's so much easier to just grab one syringe without even looking because it's the only one I buy. Then draw it out and inject. I don't need something with multiple compartments to keep all the different unnecessary shit seperated. I can just throw some alcohol pads and my bottles of gear in the syringe box and put it up somewhere. But if you think injecting 3cc everyday through a 29 guage needle won't get annoying when you know you can do it 20 times faster and easier with a 22... you hit you fuckn head.
To summarize in my not so polite words... stop being a pussy and shut up about 22 guage needles causing scarring as an excuse to relieve your mangina of some pain. Heres another note too- junkies have needle tracts... and they use insulin pins.

Just FYI.
Junkies have tracks because;
1) they use the same needle for weeks, at times months
2) they use tap water to mix shots
3) the shit is cut with things that should not be shot into your veins
4) I was once a junkie, ever sharpen a 31g slin pin with a match book striker because it's so dull that it just pushed into your skin like a blunt fill needle.
That's all

Exactly you just made my point.. needle gauges doesn't cause needle tracks.

Totally different. They inject IV. The skin scars and the vein collapses. Now they skin pop. Nasty infections weekly in the ER. I've trained legs with a hell of a lot more pain than a 21 guage needle. Again, your are not going deep enough. I do this for a living. Went years 3 shots a week. 57 and no scarring. I'll throw this in too. I trained 20 years before using gear. I just took 10 years off. HRT of 200 ml. Every other week. 5 months and got it all back. Never upped my test. I worked hard for my muscle. I kept most of it. Never had side effects either beyond a bb under my left nip that went away. Never used anti estrogens either. My advice is not anecdotal. It is taught to paramedics, nurses, doctors etc. I'm done here. Everyone do what you want. I just hate bad information.

I beg to differ I used to shot everything with slin pin and I switched to real needles its takes more then a few sec I remember to load my 3 needles it took me over 30min I used to have to wake up 30min earlier on shot days switched over to 25g 1inch 3ml and fell in love I still use slin pins for hgh or hcg and for liquid var but for all my main oils love my big needles
