I'm with bulk_cut on the Nolva though....but I've also heard Feroce say that he prefers using just Nolva to an AI. I guess if you can withstand while seeing benefits from the elevated estrogen then if it works it work. I'd rather keep my estrogen in that 20-30 range though. I feel and look better, also don't get gyno, acne, temperment, or other high estro related issues.

Ultimately though you gotta be smart and figure out what works best for you.

I will remind everyone though that Feroce is not on 500mg of test. A conservative cycle to him has 5 compounds.

I literally wrote feroce off for saying that until I ran 2 grams of compounds for the first time. I got gyno and found out real quick in the big boys leauge some guys have to run 20mg a day of nolva ALONG WITH an AI.

SERM's and AI's are not in the same category and nothing alike.

For a 500mg cycle no SERM should be needed during cycle but they are imperative during pct. I have noticed clomid is spoken of very little but is one of the best things you can do for your boys and also help rebound natural function and spermatogenesis like no other SERM.

Here’s one most guys wont know, if you get sore glands under your nipples , winstrol knocks it right out , and yes I had gyno forming and had no nolvadex or clomid on hand , I heard to use winny and it worked
