Thread: My Beginner Cycle

This is it. Too late to change anything as I am in week 5. Let me know your thoughts good or bad.

Test e 500mg per week (2x 250mg)
Arimidex beginning week 4 (.5mg EOD)
HCG beginning week 5 1000iu per week (500iu x 2)
after week 10 stop test e and HCG, continue arimidex for 2 weeks
After 2 weeks begin:
week 1: 75mg clomid 50mg nolvadex ED
week 2: 50mg clomid 25 nolvadex
week 3: “ “
week 4: “ “
Week 5: obsess over keeping gains

Looks good to me. You getting blood work during your run brother.

No blood work yet during cycle. I’m in NY/NJ, deep blue states who insist on having the governments gloved finger up your ass at all times. Gonna try to swing something out of state but it will be an undertaking.

please do not listen to this person's advice. aromasin is way too harsh on your estrogen, and on a test only cycle? gimme a break, man.. you did it perfectly. keep using arimidex, it's perfect. aromasin is just a fail-safe in case your estrogen seems to not be doing too well from arimidex.

often times though, aromasin is overkill. you do not want to crash your E2...trust me.

Only way to know is with bloods. It would be very valuable to get out of state and use labsmd or privatemdlabs so you can really dial in your ai. You’ll carry that bit of knowledge with you for every cycle you ever run
