I cease compounds, lower volume/sets of training, and lower diet. Everything goes to maitenance for two weeks and then I blast again. 8wks on two weeks off then after I feel I have gotten where I need I cease to trt for 2-3 months to clean out.

Past a certain point with short esters you are loaded down with glycogen, your cns is loaded, and your training will peak. From there you have two choices.

#1 deload and reprime
Or
#2 increase training intensity.

You should look into Ronnie Rowlands slingshot training system.

Unless using long esters, or unless you are new to lifting and cycling, your growth should taper off at week 8.

Perfectly normal.
Yeah I’m going to look into that program, my strength is still increasing but weight doesn’t wanna budge
