Good friend is wanting to try “ metformin 500mg” and I was hoping some of you guys/gals
may be able to help him w dosage directions etc! Any help would be appreciated

Research is the key brother.

I used the search engine on here and got zero results. Any suggestions on where to look for advice instructions etc?

Google and YouTube, more Google though for medical.

What's the intention of using it may I ask?

That would help answer a few questions.

Damn was just gonna ask about metformin ... Anyone have experience using it for lean bulk with anabolics

metformin is a glucose disposal agent... basically in a nut shell it destroys the blood sugar in your blood stream as opposed to 'shuttling' it much like insulin does... dosages very depending on need and/or goals... personally, i prefer to use GDAs on days i DONT use exogenous insulin... my protocall is 500mgs with 1st meal and 500mgs with last meal of the day... dont follow my protocall tho, have ur buddy do his research and keep track of his BG numbers... fucking with BGs and insulins are no fucking joke to just try out brother... good luck to ya both!
