Thread: Metformin on lean bulk

Anyone use metformin on a lean bulk alongside hormones to avoid fat gain ??

Anyone rate this ? And what dosage

I see John meadows uses it year round and that guy is a genius and always looks paper thin skinned

I believe John uses it for many of its health reasons and to keep fit now. But I doubt he ever used it to achieve most of the muscle that he carries now. What he did 10 or 15 years ago was something different. Metformin blocks the uptake of carbs. Which could slow some people's gains down.
