Dead hands and beyond
Hey bros. I've been juicing for almost 15 years now but I'm getting older and experiencing a couple problems. Do any of you guys get the problem of arms falling asleep while on cycle? I feel as if maybe the extra weight I put on while on a cycle is perhaps pushing on some nerves, but I'm not sure. I know it's best to ask a doctor. I'm planning on stretching more and getting some massage to see if that helps. I was Just wondering how common this is for you guys.

man i had that on my first cycle ever from tren. maybe try some fish oil (inflammation reduction blood thinner) or alpha lipoic acid/acetyl l carnitine good for nerves. no idea if it will work for that. however i dont get the arm falling asleep thing anymore that was mainly on tren.

Trauma and compression along the course of the median, ulnar or radial nerve from the brachial plexus to the fingers may cause pain, weakness, numbness or tingling of the upper extremity. There are a few health concerns relating to this as well and if you are covered by a medical plan, it's always worthwhile to see your PCP to get it checked.
When in doubt.
One time I ended up having compartment syndrome. Was on the verge of getting a tricep cut open and tissue removed. Glad it was diagnosed in a timely manner.

I would consider that normal for me on or off cycle makes no difference. Being full of muscle glycogen doesn't help

I have the same issue as well. Mainly my fingers in my left hand but sometimes in both hands. It gets worse when on cycle and the only thing I have found that helps is to move my fingers often.

I think it just comes from mass... As I have gained muscle exp. in my back, my arms and last three fingers get tingly often if I am laying on them or am using my arm to prop my head up.. And have to sleep on my back in bed because of the numbness. But that's a given anyway if you gonna grow some lats. I think its just part of what we do..

I have this issue constantly due to hyper extended elbow injuries and RA. Usually starts at my elbow and makes my ring and pinky fingers go numb. If I drive for too long or keep my arms in the same position it gets bad.

Are you taking any NSAID's such as Advil or Aleve? They are able to bring down swelling, which could be the cause of your numbness. Some people, not just older people, take a baby aspirin each day to help with this.
