Sitting at work right now, can't stop thinking about my upcoming cycle. My coach put it together for me and it'll be my first experience with orals. I'm about 5 weeks from my first powerlifting meet and I've got another about 6 weeks from that. I'll be running a 12 week cycle, which will be ending on the day of my second meet. I've got a ton of questions going through my mind and I know I'll get answers to most of them...but if there's anyone out there that wants to offer some knowledge my way...I'd sure as hell be grateful! I'll lay out my upcoming cycle:

Weeks 1-12: Sustanon 500mg/wk and Equipoise 200mg/wk

Weeks 1-3: D-Bol 50mg/day

Weeks: 5-7: Anadrol 50mg/day

Weeks: 9-12: D-Bol 50mg/day

Weeks 4 and 8 are deload weeks, so I won't be taking any orals on those weeks.

One of the questions I've been kinda wondering is, can I take anything to control the bloating from D-Bol or should I just let it do its thing? I'm planning on competing at 220, and I'm 225 right now...so I really can't afford to put on a ridiculous amount of weight on this cycle, in fact I planned on keep my calorie intake at just below maintenance. Now if it comes to me competing at 242, then I'm fine with that...but I'd rather not.

What else can I expect from this cycle? Common sides from D-Bol and Drol that I should know about? Anything I can do to avoid those sides or keep them to a minimum? BTW....I'll be taking my 50mg of D-Bol and Drol at one dosage...won't be splitting it up because I've only got capsules and have no sure way of knowing dosages. I'll also be taking the full dosage about 3 hours prior to training... on account of the fact that I train in the evening and try to be in bed by 9.
