Input for my second cycle please
Hey guys I'm getting ready to start my second cycle here by the end of March, and I'm just trying to get a few opinions here. I've got a pretty good idea on what i'd like to run and what I'm trying to accomplish. Stats are as follows:
38 years
5'8" 166 lbs
Approx 14% bf
I've been athletic my whole life, training steadily for the last couple of years. Been climbing and training in that sport for 20 years. Lots of crossover.
1 cycle completed 11 months ago. 500 mgs/wk test cyp for 16 weeks. Full PCT - Nolva and Clomid. Full recovery. Amazing results. AI was arimidex. Worked well. Completed cycle at 172 lbs 9% bf. On my small frame looked fucking ripped! So awesome.
Then last summer I re-injured a chronic back problem. Turns out I have goddamn motherfucking lumbar spinal fuck you stenosis. Son of a motherfucking bitch. Not really surprised considering I had to have back surgery when I was 26 for massive disk ruptures on two levels. Lost a lot of muscle from not being able to do hardly anything.
The last few months I've really been hitting it hardcore again, and dealing with hardcore pain as well. Just the usual. A major reason I got into AAS was to help me get past some serious sticking points made difficult from injury, and to help recovery as well. Worked great, amazing really. My goals are to put on gains(duh), help heal injury, moderate strength. I don't want to get to strong to fast to protect myself. Just a good, simple cycle to help me get into aesthetic and athletic shape for summer and the upcoming climbing season.
Okay on to my second cycle. I've got two different cycles in mind.
1. 1-12 test cyp or e 500mg/wk
1-4 test prop 100 3x/wk
12-16 Clomid and Nolva standard protocol
Maybe replace the long ester test at week 10 with prop to aid recovery. Simple nice and easy
2. 1-12 test c 300mg/wk
1-12 deca 300mg/wk
1-4 test prop 100mg 3x/wk
Same pct protocol
I'm really interested in deca for all the obvious reasons. Some joint relief would be nice, I'm doing as much as I can for some of my beat up joints including starting some kind of GH/GHRP/mk-677 etc cycle to help heal up and it seems like deca would be a nice addition to all this.
I've thought about adding a oral kickstart to this cycle, either dbol or tbol. Tbol seems like the best fit for me, but I could just as easily leave any oral out and use prop instead. Although I think I'll add proviron no matter what, seems like a great compound.
Well guys, what do you think? I'm pretty sure I'd be totally happy with either cycle or a close variation to them, its not like I'm competing or have super lofty goals. Thanks for the input -

Npp is on the radar too. Seems like deca is cheaper though

Just curious the Ducati stock or you got it modified?

Keep it simple.
1-12 Test C 500/wk
1-12 Deca 300/wk
1-4 Tbol 25-50mgs ED
14-18 PCT (hcg and clomid)
Practice what you preach.

For a 2nd cycle this would be perfect for what your looking for:
500mg week test eth or cyp
300mg week deca
12.5 mk677 daily
3iu gh daily

I don't have a Duck right now, sure wish I did! I do light mods to my bikes usually, exhaust, lights, etc. Nothing too serious.
So will keeping the test at 500 really be that beneficial? I responded very well to that dose last time so I don't have a problem with it just curious. I would love to add gh or one of its secretors as soon as possible. Not only for joint and injury healing but for the deep sleep everyone raves about. I'm a floor installer by trade and it's a beastly job, especially coming back from injuries. I'll quit before I stop lifting though, I can always find another way to make a living.

Ahh..i just assumed with the user name you were riding. Gh does have alot of good healing and other benefits but it's a long cylce and can get pricey. With consideration of the other things your wanting to run 500 would be just fine in my opinion..look forward to hear the others thoughts

Oh I definitely ride! Haven't gone yet this year. Current bike is pretty take, Suzuki Boulevard 800 with a nice sounding exhaust on it. I'm going to swap it out for something else this year, and a Ducati sounds real good now that you mention it!
Due to a lifetime of snowboarding, motocrossing, downhill mtb, flooring and so on, I'm feeling the wear and tear in my joints pretty good. 2 ankle surgeries, 2 back surgeries, and my knee is starting to get pissed off as well. I would be willing to pay several hundred dollars a month for months on end if gh could help the body out. As far as total recovery and true healing it really does seem like the ONE. I'm doing everything possible to take better care of this thing including transitioning into a different career.
I credit lifting with helping to save my life, so I'm never giving it up no matter what. That and riding and climbing and snowboarding lol.
