AA Curious
Hey y'all,
I'm not new to the gym, but I've never taken AAs. I have done a few years of GH and am currently on a IGF cycle with CJC&GHRP2 for odd months of cycle over the past few years.
I have seriously considered trying AAs but I've never taken the step. Currently I'm maxed out on most excercises and can't seem to gain any further, and though I can see I'm clearly jacked from my years of working out I have a beer belly. I am dedicated 100% to the gym but I'm also knee deep in school. I don't know if I should even consider AAs, but I'm looking for something to change the way I live my life: maybe a motivation to quit drinking, maybe a motivation to take my life to the next level. I don't know. I always read posts about not using AAs as a weight loss aid, but legit I am not so concerned with weight loss as I am with moving my body to he next phase, I've already been in the gym for so long and I am not where I want to be. I am always pleasantly surprised when chicks hit on me, but I am still below dudes that are smaller than me in lifts. I don't know if I should try AAs or I should stick with the current program. My body is very receptive to peptides and gh, but I don't know shit about AAs. If you have a link or a specific cycle I should try as a beginner I'd like to hear it.
Most important, do AAs mess with your mental functions? Cause I have finals coming up, and can I act professional on AAs? Can I do just one cycle?

**Side note** I drink like it's my job, that's one thing that continues after my fraternity days until now.

There are a lot of posts here if you start researching talking about different cycles, what different aas can do for a person, diets, training, etc. Searching here will really help educate a person. Good luck Cannon.

Sounds like you are trying to find something that will help compensate for the stress and the drinking you do. If yo get those in check yo will be much closer to being 100% into the gym.

Stay away from AAS until you get your drinking under control, will probably help with the diet too.

Exactly. Put down the bottle, learn about nutrition and diet. Most ppl that plateau think it's training but diet is more important.
Practice what you preach.

AAS put your body in an anabolic state so that your body has enhanced nutrition partitioning abilities. So if you are going to benefit off AAS, your diet has to be dialed in. Until you cut out alcohol it isn't. Alcohol especially beer/hops increases your estrogen levels - beer belly can be due to this.

10-4, I'm cutting the alcohol now. My diet is mostly just eggs, meat, veggies, protein powder, and oatmeal, but I have been consuming a lot of alcohol. I can always feel it if I overdid it, because my lifts will be light or endurance will be low. I'll let y'all know how that goes. I'll probably post pics too so y'all can see where I'm at. I've gone from 300 all fat, down to 180 lean, now pretty high body fat percentage but highest lifts I've ever had and most aggressive workout schedule I've ever done.
