      Lightbulb Newbie Cycle Suggestions

      I am new and wanted some suggestion on what steroids i should take. I wanted to get some gains in mass, so how much test-ethanate should i take a week? what estrogen blocker is a good one to take while im on a cycle. Can i stack winstrol with the test-e? what type of liver pills should i take? any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

      Welcome to BOP - you will get responses if you post stats, objectives, cycle experience, workout regimen, diet and then research the bop threads to suggest what you are considering and asking for input. how much test e should you take??? We know nothing about you. You might have not exhausted good solid macronutrients intake and intense workouts as the path of growth. Gear is not the pathway to growth it is creator of the anabolic environment that will make the most of your macro nutrient intake and workout regimen.

      Not being a jerk but I would like you to get the insight you are looking for so giving you my input as constructive criticism. In the threads are every answer you could probably have a question for and you have very experienced members that would be glad to help you once you have that

      First thing i would suggest is take the time and do some research. If your serious about going this route you need to invest your time and energy to make sure you do things properly.
      Also,
      what is your age?
      What are your stats.? How long have you been training? Etc.

      Welcome to the board. It best if you tell us a little about yourself prior to us outlining a cycle for ya. Age, weight, BF%, any previous cycle history, dietary habits, workout regiment, cardio routines and the like. Get detailed and we can see what we can come up with.

      I tried test e back in college when i was in my early 20's. I work out every day on regular basis. I try to eat lean and clean with alot of protein and vegetables. I am 34 yrs old, 222 lbs, i dont smoke or drink, i only take powdered creatine and whey protein at the moment. My goal is to eliminate some more fat and build more lean muscle. I would like to be around 205 lbs but with solid muscle. I want to do a cycle right and not just experiment and reap the bad results and have regrets. thanks.


      I was thinking of stacking some test e 300mg with winstrol tablets and taking Aromasin (Exemestane) as an anti estrogen blocker. I dont mind constructive criticism. I am an opened minded person and willing to learn. please let me know if i need to inlcude any more information to get some helpful feedback. thanks.

      If if this is your first cycle stick to test only but it sounds like you need to hammer the cardio for a bit to get your weight down before you blast. You want your BF as low as possible before you start, will help with sides like gyno etc. I know you want to cut weight but you need to work your ass off before, during, and after your blast.

      also, there are tons of stickies here about first cycle and cycle planning, packed with good info

      I agree just keep it simple and do 10-12 weeks of test only at 500-600mg a week.
