      First go round

      Hi everybody, I’ve tried to research everywhere before coming to you guys. I’m left with just a few questions to finish off my curiosity. Ive run anavar by itself one time when i was less knowledgeable, and didn’t use a PCT afterwards.
      Now, for my first real dabble

      I want to do a Test E run for 12 weeks
      Weeks 1-12 Test E 250mg 2x a week
      Weeks 1-14 Hcg 250iu x2 a week
      Weeks 15-19 PCT - below

      Now, where my questions start. I need an AI. I can get the raw AIs but currently can only get adex. And making an oral solution of that is way to complex for my brain.(.5 mg a day or something?) my research brought me to a product called Androsta-3,5-diene-7,17-dione from a good source.
      If it’s an okay item, what is the dosage like?


      Afterwards my PCT:
      (i don’t know shit about SERM dosage but totally guessing)
      Clomid 75/50/50/50
      Nolva 40/20/20/20

      Experience: Coming up on 3 years training.(Around Bday.)
      Goals: To gain more experience, build my resume ;P
      for real my goals are to try and reach about 190-210. Most of it will probably be my lower body. I’ve ran Anavar once, cause i was dumbo, and i loved it. It got me really strong and i still feel that now. I’ve never been good at eating, i used to be 125 lbs when i had mylast seizure in 2015. The coach i train with has helped me develop into what i am tosay, and he says he will support my choice on gear if i wanted to do it. I don’t care about abs, but if I’m doing this i will be trying to cut down on my sugars/fats while increasing my protein and carbs as much as i can.
      Eatings never been my strong point; only reason i gained 60 lbs is because of pop tarts and Oreos. I’m just glad my weights up, i got no one to impress besides myself so idk if my stomach sticks out when i sit down ��.
      As for what i want to do in the gym, i would like to increase my weight on the bar.
      currently bench 315 x 2
      and i don’t use DL/Squat to reference(i have bad knees), but i would like to use the cycle as a “jump start” of confidence to get past my weirdly sounding knee problems. But i can tel you what i tried to max on them forever ago
      squat 375 x 1(almost shit myself brw)
      Dealift 375 x 3
      training lower body makes me feel like my legs will snap, i want to really mentally capitalize on this cycle and use it to break my mentality of my legs being fragile ��

      Every one is going to ask you for stats. BF% age, experience and goals. In order to give you a good suggestion. So if I were you I would edit your post and throw some more info in there.

      Don't over complicate it.

      weeks 1-12 Test E 300-500/wk (split dose)
      PCT below
      weeks 14-16 HCG 2000iu every 3rd day
      weeks 16-18 Clomid 50-100mgs ED

      Only us an AI if needed (get blood work). Everyone thinks they need to run an AI in every cycle these days, you do not. Some ppl run high estrogen naturally and some are more gyno prone so they would need to, but plenty of ppl are fine without on simple small cycles. Aromasin or Adex are best if you do need to run one. Listen to ppl that have real world experience and not just copy and past pirates, and listen to ppl that actually have a physique instead of dumb sh*t poseurs.

      I will 100% say the AI is because my vagina is hurting.
      It was getting to complicated, and I’m glad you said that. Kind of made it realistic for me. I’ll do it without the AI, and i’ll Get set up with some blood work before during and after.��
      my coach even said exactly as you did brotha i just had to read it myself i guess.
