      Yeah that’s honestly the one I was leaning towards was honestly even thinking of going 1g test 600 eq just cause I’d like to give eq a decent dose to check it out, and I also whanna see how I do with 1g of test. But it might not be the best idea try it at the same time.

      However when the dbol gets added, that’d be like 2g of total gear, which I’m not sure if I want to go that high yet

      I think especially for strength athletes as long as you’re running a Good does of AAS by that I mean you’re standard oils, ie test , eq, deca, npp. I used to go by total mgs of gear as well but now I go compound by compound. For instance I think 500mg of tren e/a and 500mg of test would yield far better results then 1500mg of test. I’m not recommending your run tren but so you see my line of thinking? Some AAS are just more powerful then others. I’m talking like a bodybuilder though but I think this applies to powerlifting as well.

      I also think orals are the game changer in rapid quick strength, I can speak on that from expiernce

      I kinda went on a little bit of a tangent here this wasn’t all directed at you

      Yeah I’m not sure what it is, but I’ve talked too and read about many top strength athletes that really love to blast HIGH test. Something about it really seems to help out 1rms.
      Of course tren is also dosed high and they love their halo/dbol/-anadrol as Well.
      A 2to one test/ tren or deca/eq ratio seems common
      Test and dbol are so damn cheap and rarely faked I’m interested to just keep cranking those up to how high I can handle and then add tren/halo when necessary for short durations precontest
      Decca/npp/eq always just seem to be ran moderately for the joints and tendons

      Kaneman is a strong mofo hopefully he can come and here and help us out. I know fancy used to powerlift as well

      Yeah I need to figure out how y’all diet and grow at the same time lol. I’ve got another 8lbs to loose in 10 weeks to hit 220 which I’m sure will happen. But I’m also entered into a summer shredding contest on YouTube where the winners are picked to get 2500 cash and am trying to get fucking jacked and tan.
      This contest ends three weeks after my next meet. In May
      I’ve got some clen I’m not using
      I’m eating about 2500 cals 220 protein 240 carb 70 fat.
      Also up to 30 mins cardio 5x/week.

      Also tanning 2xweek and using 200mcg of melatotan 2 eod.

      Weight loss has really slowed down and I don’t want to lower the calories much more.
      Additionally more cardio may effect my strength training

      If it’s slowed doing the opposite may beneficial, giving yourself a re feed day , weight youreslef the morning of , and monitor your weight the next couple days to see how it worked or if you took enough calories. Also when guys typically slow their metabolism I would recommend slowly adding carbs through the periworkout period. I took my first refeed a couple days ago, I took in roughly 1700g of carbs and woke up half a lb lighter the next morning
      I’ve always wanted to enter one of those transformation contests becusse I could go deeeep offseason and get lean really quick if I have to. I know those contest are typically geared toward natural athletes so try to take awkward angled photos instead of a front double or a most muscular so you don’t look you’re a typical meat head lol

      Yeah it’s definitely a natty audience! If anything the gear will help give me an edge. Just as long as I don’t look too juiced out lol.
