Dbole week 1-7 : 50mg/ed split into 2 dose

Do you have to take the ai

Would it hurt to only take if issues begin to arise then if the adex isn't working begin pct?

Best to get bloods done and see if your estrogen is out of range. If not its a guessing game. You would obviously treat gyno at the start of it. But if you don't have elevated estrogen (meaning out of healthy range) then you wouldn't have a reason to "run" an AI.

If I don't keep my estro in check I noticed I get way worse bacne and horrible oily skin. Get that crazy hot flush feeling and randomly turn bright red. It took me awhile to dial in my dose but .25 mgs adex every three to four days works perfectly for me. The stuff is so cheap I just don't know why you would not want to run it.

Hey bud, I believe gyno will get you eventually if you are not running an ai. Your dose is not huge but it’s enough! Speaking from experience you can only run the gauntlet so many times. Good luck

Low estrogen will hamper your gains. I used to be an advocate of an AI until I realized that I did nt need one. Each individual is different and needs to dial in when they need to use it and when not. Oils that aromatize are the ones you neeed to be careful of.
