Raloxifene question: does it increase the progesterone receptor?
It is known that Tamoxifen increase the number of progesterone receptors (Effects of tamoxifen on steroid hormone receptors and hormone concentration and the results of DNA analysis by flow cytometry in endometrial carcin... - PubMed - NCBI) and for this reasons it is advisable to NOT use nolvadex while on 19-nors (Nandrolone and Trenbolone) because more progesterone receptors can greatly amplify any unwanted progesterone related side effects.
But what about Raloxifene?
I have been searching but can not get a definitive answer.
How does Raloxifene effect progesterone receptor expression?
Will Raloxifene increase progesterone receptors like Tamoxifen does?

I am need of a SERM to bock receptors (I am very gyno prone) as I add Adrol to a cycle with 19-nors.
E2 is under control with Aromasin (in the high teens pg/mL which is the sweet spot I prefer so I don't want to crash it lower) and has been monitored with bloodwork at the 6 and 12 week marks; however, Adrol itself seems to interact with the estrogen receptor so I want to block Adrol hitting the receptors with a SERM.
Tamoxifen is out because of the 19-nors in my stack.
I have raloxifene on hand

I know this is an old post but i stumbled across on accident. Your ok to run ralox with 19 nors unlike tamoxifen which raises progesterone levels and completely kickstarts gyno.
