Critique my Dirty Bulking Cycle:
Bulking:
Dianabol 25 mgs a day, AM and PM. (4 weeks)
HGH 8-10ius a day. 5 ius AM and 5 ius PM
IGF-1 LR3 40 mcgs post workout days ONLY. (4 weeks)
Testosterone Enanthate 500 mgs a week. 250mgs on Mondays and Thursdays (TRT)
Arimidex 0.5 mgs 6 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
Liver support (Milk Thistle) (4 weeks with Dbol)
Proviron 50mgs a day (12 weeks)
NPP 500 mgs. 100mgs Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday (12 weeks)
Caber 0.25 mgs twice a week (Monday and Thursdays) (12 weeks)
Meals:
200-250g of Peanut Butter
300g of Ice Cream
50g of Oats
1000g of Whole Milk
4 Scoops of Whey Protien
2 Scoops of Protien Isolate
2 Eggs or Egg whites
Stats:
5'9
18%-19% Body fat
239 lbs
17.1 inch arms
48 inch chest
Goal: size and mass, nothing else

should i do dianabol (4 weeks) or superdrol (3 weeks)?
and should i increase test to 750mgs a week?

I would say the dbol. How many cycles have you run before ?

Your diet is def on the crazy side lots of fats. Is that all you eat lol and test 500 a week is good enough for my needs idk about you

yeah, I seem to get pretty decent results with eating the amount i eat haha i guess it's just genetics. you're right though, i should definitely add in more food

Yea you probably get enough calories in a day lol. I eat Greek yogurt and various meats as a protein source throughout the day. Turkey, chicken, beef, etc. I mean if it works for you do what you do lol. What are your current stats height weight?

Read up on adex. .5 mgs everyday but sunday will crash your estro. I take .25mgs every 3 to 4 days on cycle.
Milk thistle is pretty weak. You need better liver support. Tudac, read up on it too. Especially if you decide to do sdrol.
That is a shitload of dairy. Your stomach can handle all that?
