For me 600 ml of test cyp gets me huge. I can train longer and more often. Lots of protein and I'm good to go. Really don't need anything else. Only side effect is some water retention. Normal labs. 4-6 weeks on 600 mg is plenty. 200 mg every other week keeps most on HRT. Wondering if anyone else has found their best dosing. Of course genetics matters immensely.
