Blood work tomorrow

I’ve been exp some major restlessness and anxiety as of late. I have a theory that my E2 is crashed and possibly causing thyroid issues. When you guys crash your estro do you get edgy or irritable at all? I’ve always had bad anxiety but lately it’s been just a little too much, too self aware and at times jittery. to me it just feels hormonal. Blood work should reveal this tomorrow. Just wondering for those of you who have numbers dialed in regularly vs those of us who are still trying to find the right protocol exp any changes in mood or anxiety.. ???

Higher e2 ive noticed being more emotional, and sensitive, my feelings get hurt hold more water. Low e2, dry skin, aggitated, very irritable. stupid shit that i would normally just shake my head at pisses me off, I would snap at people about stupid little things. Sleep sucks also.
